4Retail builds new Effective coworking space in Barcelona

4Retail executed the turnkey construction of the new coworking offices for the company Effective, in Barcelona’s 22@ district.

The interior design of the workspace is by the interior design studio El Equipo Creativo, which created these surprising offices with a modern, young, transgressive touch.

4Retail construction company, with extensive experience in corporate turnkey projects, executed all of the works for the interior project and civil works, including the finishes, furnishings, equipment and installations.

The new Effective coworking space occupies 1,200 square metres. It has many large indoor and outdoor areas, for social interaction and leisure time, with a casual, colourful, summery, sailor vibe. The work and meeting areas are more formal, with a darker, more elegant colour palette, featuring large, well-defined spaces.

“It has been very satisfying for us to make this project designed by El Equipo Creativo into a reality for the client Effective,” says Pau Galard, co-founder and partner of 4Retail.
