Our history

Two friends and partners came up with the idea to start a construction company focusing 100% on the retail sector, and started planning how to do it.

In March, we started the company with four professionals and got our first contracts with an Italian luxury fashion boutique on Passeig de Gracia, two gyms in Madrid and a brewpub in Barcelona.

We set up our own Technical Service Centre. We executed more than 15 works projects for different clients.

Our team grew to 14 highly qualified professionals in order to provide comprehensive service.

We continued consolidating the company professionally, step by step, with large-scale projects. We opened offices in Madrid, at a co-working space on Plaza Marqués de Salamanca.

We had more than 20 employees at the company. We executed our first office projects in Spain, diversifying into the real estate sector.

We consolidated our growth in the retail sector for travel clients. We strengthened our position in construction for the office and hotel sectors.

4Retail consolidated its place in the Spanish retail sector, winning contracts to build offices and hotels for companies like Lead Tech, Daikin and McCann in Barcelona and Hotel Melia Villaitana in Benidorm. We started executing works in the hospitality sector.

We executed the largest travel project, in terms of m2, at the Malaga Food Market for SSP. We consolidated our place in the retail sector for shopping centres, street and travel. This year, we executed over 18,000 m2 of turnkey projects.

The company was granted ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality certification, which is a qualitative leap in internal procedures and quality control on site. We executed our first works for Big Mamma in Madrid and for Cartier in Palma de Mallorca.

More than 40 employees. We moved to new offices in Madrid.

We kicked off works on Discoteca Fitz in Madrid, with over 2,000m2 of space, a rooftop space for Nobu hotel and the new Van Cleef & Arpels flagship store in Barcelona.

We consolidated our Project & Build service, growing along with our clients and partners. We executed the two biggest works so far in Madrid: Pabblo for Grupo Larrumba and Circolo Popolare for Big Mamma Group.

We consolidated our place in the travel retail sector with works for Duty Free, SSP, Lagardere and Alsea at various airports. We executed the restaurant spaces at the new hotel in the Forum area for ASG investment fund. We inaugurated our new offices in Madrid, with over 200m2 of space.
