4Retail builds the new Pabblo restaurant at Torre Picasso, Madrid

4Retail has carried out the civil work and installations for the new Pabblo restaurant, a 2,000 m² gastronomic space with two floors and a rooftop offering panoramic views. Located in Torre Picasso, this project marks a new milestone in Madrid’s dining scene.
Pabblo is the latest venture of the Carbón Group, combining gastronomy, signature cocktails, and live performances in a sophisticated atmosphere.

Designed by Hurlé & Martín, the venue stands out for its grand helical staircase and an oval-shaped opening, features that give it a unique character. Its central stage, visible from any point, adds dynamism with live performances.
The décor, inspired by the 1970s, highlights the use of wood, orange tones, and velvet furniture, creating a warm and elegant ambiance.
