4Retail executes the works of the new Fire & Bread restaurant

4Retail has undertaken the works of the new Fire & Bread restaurant, in a fashionable space with an international projection located in the La Roca Village shopping centre, in La Roca del Vallés (Barcelona).

The restaurant belongs to Eat Out Ibersol, the country’s leading organised catering operator. They entrusted 4Retail with the execution of the civil engineering, the utility installations and the building of the kitchen.

The space, designed by the interior designer Isabel López Vilalta, is defined as a Fast & Casual restaurant. Its dishes are based on two concepts: fire and bread. Adopting this philosophy, fine, high-quality materials were used in the interior design, such as ceramic tile, iron and solid wood, contrasting with the fresh and eco nature of the Onduline sheet.

In terms of layout, the highlight is the two large bars differentiated by offer: Restaurant and Snack bar. Strategically positioned on both sides of the space and perpendicular to each other to enable a fluid movement flow from all points.

The Scandinavian style, walnut furniture also gives it an air of sophistication, turning the space into a comfortable setting in which to enjoy food in a leisurely manner.

With this project, 4Retail has progressed in its specialisation in project execution for restaurants of all kinds.
