4Retail builds the Lead Tech innovative offices in Barcelona

4Retail has been the construction company in charge of the construction the new offices of the technology company Lead Tech in Barcelona. Designed by architectural studio Mendezdelpozo, the offices feature privileged views of the
sea and the city. A ground-breaking design, young, fresh and fun, stands out for its fantastic use of natural light and flexible, collaborative spaces.

The workspace reflects the trend towards disruptive offices, where the workers feel comfortable as well as fostering teamwork. So, for example, the space has a ball pit with views of the sea where staff can relax and/or work, a games area with minigolf, foosball and ping pong. All in open rooms with real plants.

4Retail carried out the turnkey construction project on these innovative offices, with 2,400 m2 on the fifth floor and attic with a terrace in the Blue Building in Barcelona’s Villa Olímpica. It’s a great opportunity for 4Retail to be able to build projects of this magnitude at the level of design and innovation.
