The turnkey construction of the cosy Casa Carmen restaurant in the Splau shopping centre has been completed by 4Retail.

4 September 2019-. The new Casa Carmen restaurant is a turnkey construction completed by the construction firm 4Retail in the Splau Shopping Centre located in Cornellá de Llobregat, Barcelona. With this latest development, there are now 14 establishments in the Casa Carmen Group, which on numerous occasions has placed its trust in 4Retail to build multiple restaurants.

4Retail completed all the works for the construction project, installations, joinery, finishings, industrial kitchen and bar in just two months. The new restaurant, located on the first floor of the shopping centre, right by the Full HD cinema, has a total indoor surface area of 405 square metres.

As is often the case in the restaurants in the Casa Carmen Group, the interior design project was drawn up by the company’s internal department, following the concept design in line with its predecessors: a cosy space where black and white take centre stage in the furnishings, walls and ceilings as well as the light fixtures. The finishings on the walls were done with large white shutters, the ceiling was done in black to give a warm feel and plants were placed around the space to give it the freshness it needed.

4Retail construction firm completed construction works on other restaurants for Casa Carmen, such as the two located in the city of Barcelona, Casa Carmen Diagonal Mar and Casa Carmen L’Illa Diagonal, as well as the establishment located in the Finestrelles Shopping Centre in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona.
