4Retail designs and builds the new restaurant Villa Capri in Madrid

The construction company 4Retail has taken charge of the turnkey building project of the second restaurant of the Big Mamma group in Spain, the new Villa Capri, located in the centre of Madrid.

4Retail has carried out the entire civil works, installations, joinery, dressing, finishes, bar, and terrace project in 4 months. The location of the new Villa Capri, covering almost 400 m², required specific building solutions to recreate different settings.

The space offers a host of Instagrammable spots, from the terrace covered in flowers, perfect for enjoying a sunny day, to an unforgettable dinner surrounded by mermaids, with two enormous sculptures, made especially for Villa Capri, on either side of the bar.

4Retail already led the construction of the first restaurant for the Big Mamma group in Spain, Bel Mondo, also in Madrid. “Due to their elaborate interior design, the numerous details of the Big Mamma restaurants require a great deal of care. For us, it is particularly satisfying to be involved in the construction from beginning to end, as it allows us to bring each restaurant to life, just as our client had imagined it”, explains Javier Paradell, partner and co-founder of 4Retail.
