4RETAIL COMPLETES THE TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW DELIVEROO SUPERKITCHEN

Deliveroo, the quality food delivery service, has appointed 4Retail to carry out the turnkey construction project of its premises located in the El Retiro neighbourhood in Madrid. Dishes of differentiated culinary styles will be prepared there and then delivered exclusively to homes.

The premises, with a 250 m 2 surface area plus a 250 m 2 outdoor area, have been completely refurbished to become an atypical space, as they include a total of 6 fully equipped independent professional kitchens, as well as a storage area.

The entire project stands out for its great functionality. The common areas have walls decorated with the striking corporate colours of the Deliveroo brand, both indoors and outdoors, where there’s also a bicycle parking area and a terrace area with outdoor furniture.

The project consisted in the execution of civil works, facilities, kitchens, furniture and finishes. For 4Retail, it has been a challenge to build this project due to the technical complexity involved in having six kitchens in the same premises, but it has been successfully developed thanks to 4Retail’s experience in constructive projects for restaurants.
