4Retail was commissioned to build the turnkey new restaurant for Yakumanka in Barcelona. Yakumanka, run by prestigious chef Gastón Acurio, pays homage to typical ceviche joints in Peru, featuring Peruvian cuisine with local produce.

Yakumanka is Chef Gastón Acurio’s new restaurant in Barcelona, paying homage to typical ceviche joints in Peru, featuring Peruvian cuisine made with local produce in a space designed by Brandfood, led by interior designer Morandi Arcela.

The space, which is 360 m², was designed by Brandfood, led by interior designer Morandi Arcela. Its design stands out for its high ceilings and nautical style, featuring materials like wood and ropes. Plus, it also has a noteworthy, characteristic ice bar for the fresh fish.

4retail took charge of the civil works, installations, kitchen and bars, furnishings and finishes.
