4Retail builds new Clínica Corachan health centre in Barcelona

The construction company 4Retail has performed the full building project of the new Corachan Sarrià health centre, just a two-minute walk from the main Clínica Corachan centre in Barcelona. The centre, designed by architecture studio PMMT, houses the Integrated Pre-operative Unit, the SYNLAB Clinical Analysis Laboratory, and the Corachan Dental and Maxilofacial Unit, as well as a Contact Centre, to offer users personalised care.

This new space, covering 350 m², and with integrated technological and functional facilities at the Corachan Campus, highlights the work carried out by the 4Retail construction company on the building’s façade: a large window with wooden frames along the entire front of the building. Likewise, the joinery and cladding in the indoor waiting rooms and hallways create an extremely comfortable space boasting high visual quality.

For 4Retail, this new centre for the Corachan Clinic represents a milestone in its construction portfolio in all types of commercial spaces, offices, and hotels: “It is our first venture into the building of health centres. It would not have been possible without the extensive experience that 4Retail has gathered over the last 10 years of its existence.
