Panchito
4Retail executed the turnkey construction of the new Mexican restaurant Panchito in the Ànec Blau shopping centre in Castelldefels (Barcelona). Panchito has updated its image and this restaurant is the first with its new look, in premises with a total interior surface area of 105 m2. 4Retail executed all works for the civil works project, installations, joinery, finishes, kitchen and bars in just six weeks.
Casa Carme
Turnkey construction of two new restaurants for the Casa Carmen group. The first, a space with 300 m2 and a terrace at the Plaza Mayor shopping centre, and the second, a space with 250 m2 at Puerto Muelle 1 in Malaga. We executed all the civil works, installations, kitchen, cold storage and furnishings.
