Partial remodel of a warehouse to build a low-cost gym in Madrid, taking advantage of existing climate-control installations. The remodel included AC 5 flooring, changing rooms with 16 showers, changing room fixtures and all the electricity and PCI for the building. Construction of spinning, multipurpose and female rooms with fully independent facilities.
