4Retail executed the turnkey construction of the first restaurant in Spain for the French Big Mamma Group, with 1,200 m2 of space. The new restaurant, called Bel Mondo, is located in the Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid, at Calle Velázquez 39. This new restaurant is on the first floor and has 900 m2 of indoor space, with a foyer and music bar decorated in 80s style, palatial dining rooms reminiscent of the Amalfi Coast and an amazing 235 m2 terrace with a customised seating area, gorgeous landscaping featuring a pergola and planters and custom lighting, all making this restaurant a spectacular trattoria. 4Retail executed all works for the civil works project, installations, joinery, dressing, finishes and bars in just three and a half months.
