The new Olé Food Market emulates a market, with fresh products on display and various restaurants serving food they make in open kitchens.
4Retail construction company, an expert in Travel Retail, has completed construction of the new Olé Food Market culinary space for the company SSP.
This attractive, welcoming space is located in Terminal 3 of the Málaga – Costa del Sol airport. It has several culinary options: “Enrique Tomás”, “Tim Hortons”, “Mama Campo”, “Gorki”, “Yo Sushi” and “Boutique de la Mafia”. This means travellers can sit down and enjoy different sorts of food all in one space.
The establishment has a total interior surface area of 850 m2. It should be noted that 4Retail, a construction company that specialises in Travel Retail, spent three months executing the works.
Olé Food Market emulates a market, with fresh products on display and various restaurants serving food they make in open kitchens. So each brand has its own dynamic and innovation.
“As experts in building spaces for the Travel Retail segment, we see that this type of culinary spaces, where diners can enjoy different types of cuisine at the same table, is a growing trend. Above all in spaces with lots of traffic, such as airports,” says Javier Paradell, managing partner of 4Retail.
