4Retail has designed, manufactured and installed the open-concept kitchen for the new culinary adventure by prestigious chef Paco Pérez, who has a total of five Michelin stars. An informal restaurant located in Barcelona that takes inspiration from traditional Japanese taverns, ‘izakayas’, and features baos, a type of steamed bun that is very popular on the streets of Taiwan and the Philippines.
With Bao Bar, located in the Sarrià – Sant Gervasi district, the Catalan chef is further expanding his presence in the capital. Because, in addition to heading up Enoteca at Hotel Arts, Paco Pérez already has two other spaces in Barcelona: La Royale, a signature burger joint with a small events space called Black; and l’Eggs, a restaurant with a music space in the basement featuring world cuisine, called Doble.
